Chartley Neighborhood Association

Chartley Neighborhood Association desires to be a connected community of neighbors who share a similar goal of creating happy and healthy neighborhoods. We do this through many ways - all of which show we really are BETTER TOGETHER.

A happy neighborhood is a connected neighborhood! On the first Tuesday in August, Chartley Neighborhood Association secures funding through community grants, and plans National Night Out. This public event is designed to encourage a strong relationship between law enforcement and the community, and connect neighbors together.

A happy neighborhood is a clean neighborhood! Every spring CHA partners with Alliance for the Chesapeake and Irvine Nature Center to remove trash and debris from the stream running through our neighborhood - from Shirley Manor Road to Gwynn West. A happy neighborhood is a safe neighborhood! CNA is proud to sponsor a COP Program (Citizens on Patrol) that strives to be observant eyes in the community and keep crime where it belongs - out of Chartley! If you are interested in learning more about this program and you can play a part to keep our neighborhoods safe, click here.

A happy community is an educated community! Each year, the Chartley Neighborhood Association offers two scholarships to graduating high school seniors from the Chartley community.  The Joseph S. Molinaro and the Phyllis Daly Memorial Scholarships each provide a deserving graduate a cash award of $1,000. Are you interested in applying? Click here to learn more about CNA scholarships.
