CNA Scholarship Support
Information

Each year, the Chartley Neighborhood Association offers two scholarships to graduating high school seniors from the Chartley community. The Joseph S. Molinaro and the Phyllis Daly Memorial Scholarships each provide a deserving graduate a cash award of $1,000.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Must be a senior in high school (Franklin, Owings Mills, Balt. Co. magnet, private)

• Parents/legal guardians of the applicant must be homeowners in the Chartley community and the applicant must reside in the Chartley community.

•  Family must be a dues-paying member of Chartley Homeowners Association and membership dues must be current as of April 1, 2025.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must submit the application along with :

-two letters of recommendation

-an official grade report from the school office

All applications should be received by April 1st.
